Join us in our custom-built kitchen training space for our adult classes. We have a number of fun classes with guest chefs and we also have a series of semi-professional courses for those who want to improve skills and further career development. 

Monthly Adult Cooking and Training Classes

Beginner & Intermediate Cooking Class

Each month we host a 5 day cooking course for beginners and intermediate cooks. We cover kitchen hygiene, cooking skills, basic food and nutrition and wide range of recipes. Suitable for school leavers, house staff and anyone wanting to improve their general kitchen repertoire. We have space on October 4th-8th 2021 and will resume our monthly course on 28th January 2022

Internationally recognised Food Handlers level 1 and 2 Certificate

Everyone working around food should have basic food safety knowledge; from bartenders, waiters, pot-wash, grocery shop assistants, delivery drivers and riders to cooks, chefs & hospitality managers.
From January 2022 we will be offering both Level 1 and Level 2 training with EU & UK recognised accredited certificates developed with City & Guilds of London and adhering to UK Industry Standards.

Our Food Hygiene Certificate Level 1 course is suitable for anyone who is a beginner in a food handling environment and needs to understand the basic principles of food safety and hygiene.
