Lime Bar offers an unparalleled level of service tailor-made to suit your needs
- Bar Management for Private Functions:- We take care of everything needed to run your bar – the bar staff, cleaners, bar equipment, glassware hire, ice, condiments & disposables. Charges start at 110/- per guest – get 8% off if you couple this with our catering services!
- Sale/Return – Choose from our beverage list drinks you’d like to serve your guests – you’re charged on consumption after the event.
- Extra Waiters – For table service we can provide extra waiters to attend to your guests needs.

IMPORTANT
- Handwashing facilities available for guests & staff
- Trash cans available for guests to dispose their own used straws/ serviettes
- All events require a 50% deposit to book the event. Full payment is due 14 days prior to your event. If booking an event under two weeks prior to the event, 100% payment is required on booking. All extras to be paid within 7 days of the function with a 25% per 30 days surcharge on any late payments.
- Bar storage & washing space to be made available adjacent to service area and easily accessible by Lime vehicles & staff with lights & running water
- All Functions – client to provide waterproof covering for bar area & ensure back of house access is available for service staff
- Lime Bar staff are required to check IDs and no one under the age of 18 will be served. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or underage.
- No one is allowed to consume any type of alcohol unless it is served by Lime Bar (this can incur penalties and fines from the Liquor Licensing Board and will payable by the customer).
- We are happy to serve special bottles and charge 400kes corkage on wine & spirit bottles brought in and served through Lime Bar. *Lime Bar reserves the right to refuse to serve illegal or otherwise adulterated bottles at our discretion

- A signed Service Contract and Liability Waiver is required to be signed at time of booking.
