We specialise in high end catering ensuring our food is of the highest quality with the utmost attention to detail, hygiene and safety across our large array of options.
We can help make the perfect event; canapes, sit down dinners, BBQs, kids party food, buffets, corporate lunch meetings, conferences or private dinner parties…
We are passionate and totally hands on when creating menus for events. Our kitchen is always evolving with the demand for new ideas & the varied experience of our chefs enriches the quality of the food and menus.
We concentrate on carefully sourcing our ingredients locally, meticulous preparation and a rigorous pursuit of balance in flavours ensures we deliver only the best.
Choose whether you want to have pre-prepared food or food cooked on site. We bring everything needed for the menu chosen.
COVID 2020 AVAILABLE OPTIONS DEC:-
We will be starting onsite catering services, as Govt directives allow, we also offer non-catered/ staffed options. Drop Off Menus – we prepare everything and deliver it for you to serve to your guests (Nairobi only) – Canapes, salads & sandwich platters from our At Home Menu and a DIY BBQ drop off menu.
We do have a Dinner Party option for maximum 15 guests and a Canape Menu for more casual theme.
This drop off menu is designed to take the pressure off entertaining, a casual & intimate approach when ‘the caterers’ are not required. We have a number of different choices to choose from – bitings or canapes, platters, salads & desserts. Some are ready for you to just serve and some require a little assembly or cooking.
If you’re in need of a little assistance with your BBQ, we can drop off food ready for you to grill & serve. Choose from a list of meat & veggie main course options, salads, sides, bitings and desserts.
OTHER MENU OPTIONS (FROM JAN 2021):
The Govt has eased the maximum capacity restrictions for gatherings. The following should be provided by client for Lime Catering Catered menus:
*Additional kes 10,000 +VAT per 20 guests for staff Covid tests.
*Guests required to sanitise regularly & maintain physical distancing as much as possible
*Handwashing facilities available for guests & staff
*Trash cans available for guests to dispose their own used straws/ serviette
Our rotational menu is ideal for film shoots, corporate week-long conferences or daily staff lunches. We have budget, mid-range & high end menu options available on a minimum 5 day rotation.
Early morning meeting or having friends over for a weekend brunch party? Whether it's a range of snacks, pastries or a Full English - there's something for everyone including Brunch Options.
Hosting a board meeting and want to impress your Directors? This menu is a cold menu and is designed to just unwrap & serve. Customise it to your needs & budget from sandwiches, wraps and salads to mezze platters and sweet treats.
For a simple curry lunch we've put together a wonderfully spice-filled curry menu. This menu is designed to be served with lots of smaller portions per person from the buffet & can also be served Family Style (on the table for up to 60pax). Inspired by Indian, Swahili, Thai & Moroccan cuisines.
CURRENTLY TRENDING: Grazing Tables - move over Buffet, this is a beautiful array of fresh salads and cold dishes complimented by local & foliage, edible flowers & herbs in a stunning display that delights all palates and dietary needs!
