Our Calendar for 2022 is filling up and to make sure that we can fullfil our catering obligations to all our clients we have no choice but to effect a Cancellation Policy for all bookings in 2022.
Due to the unfortunate ongoing Corona Pandemic and the devastion it continues to wreak across the hospitality industry (if your event has to be cancelled at the last minute we have to cover our losses, we hope you understand!)
Cancellation Policy 2022:
All catered events have a Non-refundable deposit to cover loss of earnings, food purchased and staff costs:
25% or 10,000kes (whichever is more) non-refundable deposit in the case of cancellation within in 96hrs of the event
50% or 12,000kes non-refundable deposit in the case of cancellation within 72hrs of the event
75% or 20,000kes non-refundable deposit in the case of cancellation within 24hrs of the event
Cancellation Policy 2022:
All Food delivery/ Drop Off events have the following Non-refundable deposit to cover loss of earnings, food purchased and staff costs:
10% or 5,000kes (whichever is more) non-refundable deposit in the case of cancellation within in 72hrs of the event
25% non-refundable deposit in the case of cancellation within 48hrs of the event
75% non-refundable deposit in the case of cancellation within 24hrs of the event
Bar Cancellation Policy 2022:
Non-refundable deposit to cover loss of earnings, purchases and staff costs:
10% or 5,000kes (whichever is more) non-refundable deposit in the case of cancellation within in 96hrs of the event
25% non-refundable deposit in the case of cancellation within 48hrs of the event
75% non-refundable deposit in the case of cancellation within 24hrs of the event
