East Asian (Oriental) Cooking
East Asian cooking is wonderfully diverse. Join us on a 6-week journey through Oriental Cuisine, covering some favourites from Japan, China, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Hong Kong & Korea. Each week we’ll show you how to cook a variety of exotic dishes; you’ll prepare your own dishes, enjoy a fully interactive course, wine (BYOB), have dinner and take what you make home.
The course will run from 5pm-9pm on Thursdays starting end of October until Mid Dec (with a short break in-between).
Includes all course material, info, ingredients, equipment, dinner & soft drinks. Please bring an apron, pen & tupperware.
