Kids Cooking 13-19 years
This challenging 5hr course will cover good kitchen practices, knife skills. They’ll learn how to make pasta, Eggs Benedict (including emulsifying sauces), trimming & cooking steak properly, mashed potatoes & choux pastries.
Includes lunch, refreshments, apron & course material.
