Learn How to Preserve Food
Over the course of two full days we will cover the art of preserving food through fermentation, pickling and drying. You’ll learn how to make butter, yoghurt, soft cheese, flavoured oils, chutneys, pickles, jam & marmalade. You’ll make some of your own preserves to take home as well as recipes, hints, tips and tricks and an apron & certificate. Lunch & refreshments provided.
