Class – Natural Food Preserving


Over two full days we will cover the art of natural preserving food through fermentation, pickling, sugar & salt preserving.

Lunch & refreshments provided.

DAY 1 – Jam, Chutney, Butter, Yoghurt, Dehydrating & soft Cheeses

DAY 2 – Fermentation (Sauerkraut, Kimchi, Kefir) & Pickling 

Cost 7,000ksh per person, per day (20% discount when booking both days)
